Sirona needs assistance to cover all or a portion of a survivor’s healing journey who currently lack the resources to cover the much-needed supports. Sirona curates individualized plans for each survivor which can include weekly individual and group therapy sessions supported by weekly sessions that assist in stabilizing the central nervous system such as somatic therapy, trauma informed yoga, breath and sound modalities and more.

Additionally, funding can help provide support for eaach survivor to receive a healing care package that will include books, workbooks and literature that support healing fromm IPV and SA. Also included are yoga mats, eye masks, bath salts, journals and aroma therapy oils.
