With over fifteen years of dedicated service to survivors of child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and workplace harassment, Jessica Pride has emerged as a compassionate advocate for personal transformation. As a specialized personal injury attorney and Managing Partner of The Pride Law Firm, her unparalleled success includes an impressive record of never losing a case and securing the highest single plaintiff settlement for child sexual abuse in California.
As the President of the Board of Directors for the Center for Community Solutions (CCS), San Diego County's domestic violence and rape crisis center, Jessica played a pivotal role in expanding its budget from $3 million to $7 million. During her tenure, CCS achieved remarkable financial stability and extended crucial resources to more than 80,000 individuals, including safe housing, counseling, and legal support.
Jessica's impact extends nationally through her co-founding of the Sexual Assault Litigation Group for the American Association of Justice (AAJ). This initiative educates attorneys across the nation on compassionate legal practice, ensuring survivors receive the support they deserve in civil court. In a groundbreaking move, Jessica became the first civil attorney to employ a full-time in-house victim advocate, setting a new industry standard for client care.
However, her commitment to holistic well-being doesn't stop there. Recognizing the need for a sanctuary where women can rediscover themselves and embark on a journey of self-discovery, Jessica co-founded the wellness center, Sirona Healing Center. This retreat-like haven is a dedicated space where individuals can rekindle their sense of self and explore diverse healing modalities tailored to their unique path, promoting enduring well-being and improved quality of life.
Jessica Pride's life's work revolves around positively transforming lives, one person at a time, and empowering individuals to find their own path to healing and wellness.
