By accessing and using Sirona Healing Services online trauma healing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Sirona Healing Center provides confidential and professional online therapeutic services for survivors of sexual assault and interpersonal violence. Our services are intended to offer support and guidance through licensed trauma informed professionals and certified trauma practitioners and are accessible via our website and mobile app. Our services may not be suitable for everyone and may not be a complete substitute for face-to-face care.  We are unable to guarantee any particular outcome, and you should not disregard medical advice from your primary doctor or other healthcare providers. 

The first phase of our services will be offered to women 18 years of age and older who are competent to enter into an agreement for our services. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who is not eligible for these services.

Your privacy and the confidentiality of your sessions are paramount to us as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Such information will be used for your personal services and will not be shared or transferred except as otherwise outlined herein or in our Privacy Policy. We adhere to local, state and federal privacy laws, including but not limited to the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), California Online Privacy Protection Act (CALOPPA), and  the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), to ensure your personal information is protected and secure.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about yourself when requested
• Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not to disclose the identity or personal details of other survivors, including those with whom you interact or have contact.
• Follow guidelines provided to receive this service.

You are prohibited from:

• Engaging in unlawful, abusive, harassing or disrespectful behavior.
• Sharing or disclosing passwords or other security information.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent any administrative or security controls.
• Using the service to harm others or to solicit personal information from other survivors.

Sirona Healing Center aims to provide continuous access to our services. However, access may occasionally be interrupted or restricted due to maintenance, upgrades, emergency repairs, or due to failures of telecommunications links and equipment which are beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and you or Sirona Healing Center can terminate our relationship at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other communication channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
