Somatic Trauma Therapist

Beth is a somatic practitioner specializing in using somatic practices and nervous system regulation to help clients heal from trauma and transform unwanted patterns. With a background in yoga and mindfulness, she focuses on enhancing wellbeing through somatic awareness. Beth is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with additional training in Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Open Floor’s Therapy in Motion. She works with clients in private practice and treatment centers, and leads in-person somatic therapy groups in the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside her practice, Beth enjoys dancing and spending time in nature.
